We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not, we offer a straightforward return or exchange policy to make the process as smooth as possible. Whether the item doesn’t meet your expectations, arrives damaged, or you simply changed your mind, we’re here to help you through the return or exchange process. Items purchased from Spaghettibrand.com can be returned or exchanged within 30 days from the date of purchase. Please note, items received as gifts cannot be returned or exchanged.

Return Requirements

To be eligible for a return, items must be in new, unused condition with the original tags attached. You will need the order number (e.g., AD12345) and the email address used for the original purchase to initiate the return or exchange process.

Requesting Return Authorization

To start your return, please submit a request to sales@americandarlingbag.com. After we process your request, a return label and an RMA number will be issued. Please ship it to

Please note that the item has to be shipped within 7 working days from the date of issue of RMA.

There will be a flat return shipping cost of $10 for items below $50 and $20 for items above $50. The amount will be deducted from the refund amount.

 If the item has a manufacturing defect, Spaghetti Western  will bear the return shipping cost.

Processing Your Return

Upon receiving your return or exchange, please allow 12 to 14 business days for processing and issuing your refund or adjustment. Refunds or adjustments will be credited to the original payment method. You will be notified via email once your refund or adjustment has been processed.

Exchanges

To start your exchange, please submit a request to sales@americandarlingbag.com . After we process your request, a return label and  RMA number will be issued. Please include the Product ID number(s) of the item(s) you want to exchange and ship it to the above address. After receiving the item(s)We will then inform you of the difference in amount if any and process the new order accordingly. Please note that the item has to be shipped within 7 working days from the date of issue of RMA.

Sale Price Adjustment Policy

If an item you purchased is discounted within 7 days of your purchase, we are happy to adjust the sale price for you. This policy does not apply to clearance items or free shipping promotions. The item must be the same style and color to qualify for the price adjustment.

  • Only one price adjustment per item is allowed.

Damaged Merchandise
